The Society of 1889
You are invited to join The Society of 1889, which recognizes any individual who has made a planned gift commitment to Texas A&M University-Commerce. This may include a provision through a will, trust, annuity, beneficiary of a retirement vehicle, gift in kind, or gift of life insurance. Planning your estate and legacy for future generations including your charitable interests takes a careful evaluation. Consulting with the appropriate professionals can assist you. Discussing your charitable intentions with us can lead to a much better result than going it alone—and it will ensure your gift is used as you wish.
By officially joining this society, you can be assured that:
- Your gift will be used as you intended and verify that A&M-Commerce is able to accept your gift.
- You receive the recognition and thanks you deserve.
- You are informed of tax advantages available in charitable planning.
Benefits of membership include recognition on our donor wall, invitations to special events, a Society of 1889 lapel pin and educational publications.
Complete this form to be welcomed into The Society of 1889.
